This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on refinastyle.com operated by REFINASTYLE LTD.

## Shipping Destinations
We currently primarily ship to the United States. We may support shipment to other territories subject to available shipping options at checkout. We do not ship to PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses.

## Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 3‑7 business days after successful payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time does not include transit shipping time.

## Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed, delays may occur due to carrier congestion, customs clearance, weather or other circumstances out of our reasonable control.
- United States: 15‑30 business days from dispatch.

## Shipping Fees
Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed to you during checkout before you complete payment. Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.
Free‑shipping promotions may apply occasionally with qualifying order value; promotion rules will be shown on website banners at the time of campaign.

## Customs and Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees or local taxes that may be charged upon arrival in your destination country. We are not responsible for customs clearance costs incurred on destination side.

## Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking number for you to monitor delivery progress.

## Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives with visible damage, please contact our customer support promptly with your order number and photos of damaged goods. We will investigate together with shipping carrier.

## Shipping Restriction
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipping to certain jurisdictions subject to trade compliance rules. If we cannot fulfil shipment to your address, we will notify you and arrange full refund accordingly.
